Art Still tackles environmental problems, joins Bluegrass GreenExpo

Art Still, the former University of Kentucky All-American and 1977 SEC Player of the Year, has signed on as the official spokesman for the 2009 Bluegrass GreenExpo.
The Expo bills itself as the largest collection of green, energy saving and renewable energy products and exhibits ever assembled in Kentucky. More than 2,300 people attended last year’s event.
This year’s, the sixth annual, will be held October 24-25 in Heritage Hall at Lexington Center.
Still will be there with his business, ABS Support Services, which offers environmentally preferable products and services ranging from resource efficient lighting and bathroom fixtures to certified green cleaners, coatings and insecticides. A recent addition is a water treatment technology that turns acidic, chlorinated tap water into healthier, more alkaline, anti-oxidant rich water.
